From July to December of 2008, I studied to become a field guide at the Southern African Wildlife College, which is located outside the middle gate of the famous Kruger National Park.
From December 2008 to March 2009 I studied rhinos at Untamed Africa which is a conservancy at the very southern tip of Kruger National Park South Africa.
From April to June 2009 I studied leopards and brown hyena for the Ingwe Leopard Project located in Lydenburg South Africa.
Last from November 2009 to August 2010, I traveled to the Ivory Coast (West Africa) to study one of the last remaining populations of wild chimpanzees in the Tai National Park for the Tai Chimpanzee Project.
Now from May 2011 to May 2012 I will be in Botswana ( southern Africa) studying wild elephants in the famous Okavango Delta.
